Please make sure that your initials are in the correct order for monogramming because we cannot exchange custom made items. The correct format is first name - last name - middle name. For example if your name is Jane Ann Scott your initials would be entered as JSA in your order When selecting your font please click on the font images to see how each of your letters will be placed. Depending on font and letter placement letters may appear different or backwards.
